Sales and Return Policy

 
 
  1. NO RECEIPT NO EXCHANGE.
  2. No Cash refund.
  3. PC City can also exchange defective items within two (2) days of item purchase, items purchased outside the two day period shall be penalized with a restocking fee of 15% of within the first week and an additional 5% per week therein.
  4. Items must contain complete boxes, cds, manual etc to avail of exchange.
  5. Items must NOT have physical damage & warranty stickers may not be tampered or damaged.
  6. PC City reserves the right to decline any return or exchange.
  7. Each item sold will have a warranty sticker which indicates date of purchase.
  8. All items being claimed for warranty must have proof of purchase or warranty card.
  9. Warranty does not cover the ff:

a.) Transportation, delivery, or any cost incurred.

b.) Parts requiring replacement due to normal wear and tear, rust or stain.

c.) Misused products or damage arising from poor care.

d.) Loss of data.

e.) Damage items during transit or natural disaster.

f.) Any alteration , modification and /or repaired by a part not authorized by PC City.
